Consider how recipients use a wallet
A card-focused recipient may prefer a slim format while another needs note storage or a closure. Start with the layout rather than selecting only by colour. Compare mens wallets using their supplied descriptions and dimensions. If no internal layout is documented, ask for the missing detail before committing to a larger order. A product that suits one audience may not suit every employee or client.
Be specific about the material
The current catalogue selection is PU; it should not be described in a gift proposal as genuine leather. If the campaign requires another material, submit genuine leather wallet enquiries with the intended budget range and quantity. Ask for the proposed item to be identified clearly before approving it. Avoid presenting illustrative photography as evidence of an exact available finish.
Keep the identity proportionate
A small, clear logo can be more practical than dense text on a compact accessory. Supply the preferred position and ask what artwork area is available. Individual names, multiple logo positions and packaging branding need separate confirmation. Review the final proof for orientation, legibility and spelling, and ensure the selected process is approved for the actual material.
Make the order easy to fulfil
Provide one consolidated count, the delivery location and the date the gifts are needed. Ask whether packaging is included or must be quoted separately. Confirm VAT treatment, delivery and branding in the final quotation rather than treating a catalogue starting price as the complete project cost. Retain the approved specification for consistent repeat enquiries.
